Our founder, Brian, went through the first TechStars program in 2007. His previous company, Socialthing, was the first successful exit for Techstars. Socialthing was acquired by AOL in August 2008.

Since what we do is detail cars, we thought we would share one of our favorite detail jobs. This let’s you see what we can do and let’s us look at this great vehicle one more time. :)

We exclusively use Adam’s Premium Car Care Products to make sure your car is given the best in care and detail to keep your shine lasting longer than everyone else.

We start by cleaning the wheels, tires and wheel wells. Then, depending on how dirty the vehicle is we spray the car off with the foam gun or start washing with the wash pads. In this case we needed to start by completely covering the car in shampoo.

Next we washed using a bucket filled with water, car shampoo and a Grit Guard in the bottom. The grit guard allows us to remove all of the dirt and debris from the wash pads so we do not introduce any more tiny swirl marks in the paint.

Once the vehicle is clean, we rinse it and spray Detail Spray on the vehicle to prevent water spots from forming. Microfiber drying towels are used to safely dry the vehicle.

From here the process varies. We will go over the vehicle with a clay bar if we will be doing any sort of paint correction, polishing and/or waxing. The process we used on this beautiful BMW 530i after drying was:

• Clay bar the entire vehicle
• One pass of of Swirl and Haze Remover (two in certain stubborn spots)
• One pass of Fine Machine Polish
• One coat of Brilliant Glaze
• Two coats of American Paste Wax

The results of this process can be seen below. Pretty stunning, we think. :)
